UNIVERSAL CONSIGNOR NUMBERS - Your number works at EVERY JBF EVENT! ALL CONSIGNORS MUST USE THEIR NEW UCN FOR SPRING.  NO OLD NUMBERS OR TAGS WITH NEW NUMBERS WRITTEN IN WILL BE ACCEPTED.  ALL OLD TAGS MUST BE REPRINTED WITH THE NEW UCN.
